Mrs. Eileen Mann

 Mrs. Mann is proud to serve as the Principal of Union House Elementary School and is deeply connected to the South Sacramento community. She values the rich diversity, cultures, traditions, and experiences that make Union House families so special. Her leadership is centered on creating a welcoming school community where every student and family feels seen, valued, supported, and celebrated.


Mrs. Mann leads the Union House campus alongside her dedicated Vice Principals, Mrs. Donna McGee and Mrs. Renee Askins. Together, they work closely with students, families, and staff to foster a positive, inclusive, and joyful elementary school experience.

Our Community

Union House Elementary School is a public elementary school serving students in kindergarten through 6th grade in the Elk Grove Unified School District. It is located at 7850 Deer Creek Drive in Sacramento, California and serves a diverse community of families in the surrounding area. 


Union House Elementary focuses on helping students achieve academic success and social-emotional growth. The school emphasizes a safe and supportive environment through programs like Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and the “Pioneer Promise”:
